1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer via the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
The condition for an effective conclusion of the contract is always that the order process is completed by sending the order.
4. Shipping charges
In addition to the indicated product prices, which contain the statutory value-added tax, there may still be shipping costs. The shipping within Germany is free from an order value of 50 €. The shipping abroad costs a flat rate of 12,00 €.

5. Payment
The payment is done in advance, by PayPal or by credit card.
Advance payment: If you choose the method of payment in advance we will call you our bank account in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment receipt. Delivery time approx. 3 working days after receipt of payment.
PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must always be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us (exception, if necessary, guest access). You’ll get more information during the ordering process.
Credit card: In the “Credit card” payment method, your payment is made via your credit card.
6. Self-collection
We deliver only by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
7. Reservation of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8. Return / return when exercising the right of revocation
If the buyer as a consumer makes use of his legal right of withdrawal (see the following instruction on the right of revocation), he shall bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the order ordered and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed € 40.00, Or if the buyer has not provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the goods at the time of the revocation.
9. Revocation instruction
In the following, you will be informed about the condition and consequences of the legal right of revocation in the case of shipping orders.
Right of revocation
You can revoke your contract declaration in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days without stating reasons. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information requirements pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 of the German Civil Code as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the German Civil Code. The timely dispatch of the revocation or of the goods is sufficient to ensure the revocation period.

Revocation Sequence
In the case of an effective revocation, the services received at both ends must be returned and any benefits (eg interest) drawn. If you can not or do not return or receive the received performance as well as usages (e.g., advantages of use) in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with this information. They do not have to provide any value for a deterioration resulting from the intended use of the goods. You only have to pay the value-added tax for drawn uses if you have used the goods in a manner which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the functioning. “Testing the characteristics and the mode of operation” means testing and testing the respective goods, as is possible and customary in the store business. ” Transportable items are to be returned at our risk.
